I booked online several months ahead for a two-night stay in July 2023, and the process was straightforward. A few days before going, I checked some details with Simon and Nicola, the names on the emails, and that went smoothly too. I stayed in the 'Skokholm' room at Pinewood B&B. It was cute, clean and comfortable, with a large bedroom and an ensuite that felt even bigger, including a bath and separate shower. I mostly used the B&B for sleeping and eating, but Simon and Nicola were lovely during those times. Nicola made a great breakfast, and Simon gave me contact details for local taxi firms. There was a TV/DVD player in the room, and DVDs and books to borrow in the shared area. Takeaways can't be brought back to the B&B, though there's an amazing pub five minutes away on foot. It may be tricky to get there without driving, which is why I asked for the taxi numbers. Neither point affected my stay.

The hilltop location above Wiseman's bridge Inn was ideal for walks to Amroth, Coppet Hall beach and Saundersfoot. The garden and grounds, including the eight caravans, were immaculate. If we couldn't stay in the B&B, we'd definitely book a caravan. We had four nights in the B&B, and the room and bed were large and comfortable. Everything was spotless, and breakfast was freshly cooked, with a good range each day. Simon & Nicky were friendly and happy to help with things like an extra pillow, milk or bacon. A great stay.

Nikki and Simon were amazing hosts and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was the best we've had, cooked perfectly. The setting is quiet, with an easy walk to both the beach and pub. One of the most enjoyable B&B stays we've had.

The friendly welcome is always there, and the grounds are kept to a really high standard. It's only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach and the nearest pub, which has some nice ales and overlooks the beach. We had another fantastic stay and have already booked Pinewood for next year. I can't recommend this place enough.

The beach is about a five-minute walk away, and Saunderfoot beach is around 15 minutes on foot. We loved the well-built, well-kept trail along the sea and every bit of that walk. Tenby is half an hour away by car, and it was absolutely worth the drive. The rooms were lovely and clean, the hosts were lovely, and breakfast was great. There's a nice dining area in the conservatory and ample parking. A beautiful place for a summer visit. Best holiday ever.
