Breakfast was amazing, and the food and atmosphere were lovely. We booked the mountain view room for its setting, and the view was fantastic. Can't wait to stay again.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, even with how busy they were. We were lucky to find a table because the place was buzzing. The menu was great, the food tasty, and we had a very smooth red wine.

I don't live nearby, but I'd happily make the trip to eat here again. The view was lovely, and the food was incredible. Great service too.

The drinks selection was good, though not the cheapest. Given the lovely location, I found the price acceptable. The bar staff were smiley, but I'm not sure why the young girl wouldn't put the heater on for her customers when the other girl did it for another table. To the young girl who couldn't be bothered to help: customers are what keep a place open, and it wouldn't have taken you a moment to switch on the heater.

The soup we had for dinner was excellent, and the draught beer was good too. We chose a middle-priced room and got all we could have wanted for the price. The bed was comfy and the staff really friendly. There was some noise from the bar, but once the pub shut, it settled down and we had a quiet night.
