Ruth at reception went above and beyond for me and my family during our wedding celebration. Even after we swapped rooms around 100 times, she helped make the occasion memorable. She's one of the most amazing staff members I've ever met, and the best customer service I've ever received. We're extremely grateful, thank you so much, Ruth!

After a long journey and an early start, the basics are all I need, and Premier Inn got them right again here at Newark. The room was clean, dark, cool and quiet, with double glazing, a comfortable bed and a great shower. That's why I keep choosing Premier Inn as a business traveller. Please keep up the good work, thanks.

The staff were a bit of a lucky dip, some extremely polite, others extremely disinterested. The rooms aren't bad for what the place is. One thing to know before you arrive: even with a room booked, you have to pay for parking on arrival, which feels a little cheeky.

Vicky was fantastic from the moment I walked in, polite, professional and genuinely interested. She sorted out my parking, advised me about the local area, and lent me a pen. Thank you, lovely 🙂

The location was just right for what I was attending. My room was clean and well stocked, the shower was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
