Osborne Hotel

We spent almost a week here with a friend and had a lovely, cosy twin room with a great ensuite bathroom. The cooked breakfast was fantastic, with a vegetarian option available without asking. The attached Italian restaurant was very good and great value too. Its staff were friendly and happy to chat, just like the hotel team. The service stayed good throughout the week, and I might bring my partner next time, especially as he booked this stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They were happy to give advice on getting around and places to visit, and asked how our day had gone. Transport was easy to manage, with a bus straight into town and back and a Metro station nearby. Newcastle has a great transport system. I'd never visited before, but I'll definitely return. Cheers again x

I had a great stay at The Osborne Hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne last night. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I'm really happy with the stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

I spent two nights here, one in a double room and the other in a single. Both were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and friendly. It was one of the best value-for-money hotel stays I've had. Highly recommend.

The service here is hard to match. If you prefer small, friendly hotels, you'll feel welcome, with lovely staff who greet you with a smile. Chain hotels may have better facilities, but this place is great value in leafy Jesmond, around a five-minute walk from either Jesmond station and not too far from Newcastle city centre. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced, and it was great to have kippers as an option. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will come back next time I'm in Tyneside.
