The hotel looks out toward the mountains, and despite being beside a fairly main road, we didn’t hear traffic. It’s close to the main roads, right by a pub and restaurant, and not far from Cwmbran town centre. Check-in staff and the team during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean.

Jess was especially helpful and went out of her way for me. Everyone was super friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, too. Really nice stay, and I’d definitely come again.

We had a great stay at Premier inn in Cwmbran, where the staff are always friendly and helpful. I accidentally made the booking twice, but Tanya and Pamela sorted it out and arranged a refund.

Ben was the lovely man at the desk when my family and I checked in on Friday afternoon. I was chatty and excited, and he still treated me with kindness and respect. Everyone greeted us warmly and offered help whenever we needed it, which made me feel safe and comfortable in a new place. The room was very spacious and clean, and we all slept amazingly. My family and I can’t wait to return, and I’d highly recommend this Premier Inn. Thank you so much to the staff for helping us enjoy our stay!

Parking was excellent, right by the front door, so we didn’t have to carry our bags far. Reception was clean, and the staff were very, very friendly. The room was a good size, everything worked, and the air conditioning was really powerful. The bathroom was large and spotless, and even the tea and coffee cups in the room were great. This is the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in, and I’d choose it again when I’m in the area.
