Atlantic Hotel Newquay

The bar prices were steep, and I think hotel guests should get a cheaper rate. That aside, this was the best hotel I've stayed in in the UK. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and had great views. The pool and other facilities were really good, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and Catia at reception was especially helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We stopped here on the way down to Penzance and I'm glad we picked it. The inside decor is amazing, like something from a movie, and the views are beautiful. I had a beer on the balcony, and Josh from the bar was so helpful and hospitable. We'll be back for a room soon, hopefully. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the New Year's Eve package. The gala dinner had a band and disco, and there was another three course meal on New Year's Day. The food throughout was incredible, plentiful, beautifully presented, and there was lots to choose from. The staff worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond. The hotel felt warm, welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the facilities were available to use. Even with the hotel full, we often had them to ourselves. The views from the dining room in every direction are stunning. We love coming to the Atlantic Hotel and highly recommend it. Thanks for a perfect stay, we'll be back soon.

We contacted the venue about having our wedding there. Kirsty was in regular contact at first, but once we explained that we didn't want a big, fancy reception with all the guests and still hoped to use the venue, the communication stopped. We've heard nothing from Kirsty or anyone else. I emailed again after four months and still got no reply. It feels like they only care about making as much money as possible, not about the couples getting married. I hope other people are treated better. Not wanting to spend thousands doesn't mean we deserve to be treated this way.
