They even gave me an Ultimate WiFi code, which would normally cost the customer £5. I've been back every month or two since my first business stay in March, for a night or weekend away. Most recently I was there from Tuesday evening to Saturday. The staff are very friendly and approachable, and when my WiFi signal was poor they offered to move me, even though that wasn't something they could fix themselves. The new room had full 5G signal. If there's a problem, the staff are right on it. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The room was warm enough, comfortable, clean and quiet, and the location is great, with a peaceful feel. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use an update: the silicone looks like a handyman job, and the bath tap kept running while we showered, wasting quite a lot of water.

The breakfast was £11.99 each and felt well worth it, with plenty to eat and coffee to help ourselves to. We got a nice spot, and both staff members were friendly and efficient. We were visiting a friend in Quintrell Downs and turned up without booking, hoping for a Full English. The chap who greeted us was helpful and found us a table within the hour. It's a Premier Inn, so you know what to expect, and I'd be very happy to come again.

Dean in the on site restaurant brought such a lovely energy to the place, with his infectious laugh and great personality. Kate at reception was also amazing, always helpful and available during our six day stay. A day shift housekeeper was rude and moaning, though, and the evening restaurant supervisor needs retraining in basic manners and customer service. Even when it's busy, acknowledging customers isn't hard. The stay was good overall.

Katie deserves special thanks for the great service and all the ways she helped us. Sarah and her team also went above and beyond during our extended stay at the Quintrell Downs. That's Cornwall customer service at its best. It's a very special place, and we'll be back.
