We’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always lovely to see the two owners again. They’re both amazing and know the area well, so they can point you towards places you’d like to visit. It’s a good holiday hotel within walking distance of Newquay itself. The seafront is about a five minute walk away, and Aldi and Asda are roughly ten minutes on foot if you need to shop during the day. The rooms suit a couple or one person. There’s also a small bench outside where you can sit quietly during the day or late at night.

Rachel and Andrew were fantastic hosts for our brilliant long weekend. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the rooms were warm and comfortable. They were especially understanding and supportive with our elderly, disabled aunt, who has mobility issues and is deaf. They really went out of their way to help her during the stay. I’d recommend a visit to family and friends, and I’d come back myself sometime soon.

Newquay is a beautiful part of the UK, and this place is in a perfect spot, quiet just off the main road but close to everything. Breakfast was amazing. I had such a wonderful stay and really didn’t want to leave. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and my room was spotless, with a comfy bed, hot shower, and tea and coffee in the room. Highly recommend!

A lovely couple who’ll do everything they can to make your stay a good one. It was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was really nice. Great location too. I’ll definitely recommend it.

Just a hop from the beach, and ideally placed for the main street, restaurants, and public transport. A perfect place to stay.
