We had room 5, which was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The food was amazing at both breakfast and dinner, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. This inn is well placed for the Norfolk Broads, the Bure Valley steam railway, just a five-minute drive away, and National Trust properties within 10-25 minutes depending on which one. A gem of a find, and we'll definitely visit again.

Our bedroom was huge, though it felt a bit like a dumping ground for chests of drawers. It was very clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable for a very good night's sleep. We came for dinner, stayed the night and had breakfast. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. All in all, a very good stay.

The Plough has been my regular spot for a few years, and now lots of my friends and family go there too. I used to stick to the main menu, where the portions are bigger than I'd normally order and the food is really tasty. I had a couple of okay carveries a few years ago, but lately they've been brilliant. The ice cream is proper stuff, unlike the cheap rubbish at most places. Great food and friendly staff, definitely worth a visit.

We booked rather late for the Christmas show on Cromer pier and couldn't find much accommodation left in Cromer itself. The Plough Inn was a lucky find. Everything was clean, the room was a good size and recently refurbished, and the bathroom had good quality fittings. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. After a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed, we enjoyed an excellent Sunday carvery and breakfast. We'd highly recommend staying here, and it's a good base for exploring Norfolk and the Broads.

The food on the night was first class, with huge portions, everything arriving correctly, and every dish tasting delicious. Even with so many people there, both the food and service were excellent, and it was very good value for the quality. Lou was great helping us arrange our family Christmas meal at The Plough Inn, and sending our choices over in advance was straightforward. We had a lovely evening. Thanks to the staff 😊
