The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and professional. Someone was always around if we had a question or needed anything. There was a good menu with gluten-free options, reasonable prices and very good service. The location is convenient for driving to the Broads, the coast or Norwich.

Sunday lunch is well worth visiting for. The food came out hot, with delicious flavours and textures, and the portions were generous enough to leave us full without feeling bloated. Staff were polite, attentive and always pleasant and helpful, without being overbearing.

The girls working in food service were fantastic, and the room was okay. I gave the redheaded girl £20 as a service tip, then the manager snatched it out of her hand. I'm not sure we'll go back. The room cleaning was a bit rubbish on the details, though clean enough overall. There was really thick dust on top of the headboard, an easy thing to spot, so why wasn't it cleaned?

We've stayed here before and loved it, so eating here was an easy choice when their sister hotel, "Sutton Staiths hotel", didn't serve food on a Monday night. It's less than 3 miles away. The welcome and service were good, and the food was really good too.

We've stayed here many times, usually in one of the chalets because we've got a dog. The rooms are spacious and clean, and reasonably priced. Staff are super friendly and attentive, and the food is always good value with plenty of choice. Big shout out to Mario for the great service. Thank you!
