ibis Nottingham Centre

The people working there were helpful and knew their stuff from beginning to end. The lobby was airy and clean, and the corridors were wide and smelled fine. My room was reasonably comfortable, with an okay shower and a decent mattress. I always struggle to get the pillows right, one feels too few and two too many. Breakfast was average for hot food, while the cold yogurt and fruit were probably the best part.

We keep coming back to this hotel when we're in Nottingham. It's centrally located, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are reliably clean. Nothing fancy, but there's everything you need for a short stay. Parking is across the street and costs extra, though the hotel validation brings the price down quite a bit.

We came by to arrange some balloons in the room early for a 60th birthday, and the team were incredibly helpful. They even put up a few decorations themselves, which was such a lovely surprise. They really went out of their way. Thank you so much!

We'd stayed at Ibis hotels before, but weren't sure what this visit would be like. It turned out lovely from beginning to end. The room was clean and very quiet, the location was excellent, and the staff were kind, friendly and really helpful. We're grateful and will definitely come back.
