Park Plaza Nottingham

The staff all seemed lovely and genuinely keen to make guests feel welcome. It’s a modern hotel right in the heart of the city, with lovely large rooms and all the facilities. I especially liked having a Nespresso machine alongside the usual tea and coffee making things. Everyone was really helpful too.

We’ve just come back from two days in room 501, and it was a brilliant stay all the way through. Both breakfasts were lovely with loads of choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We didn’t hear any noise from the back of the hotel, despite what other reviews say. The 47 mirrors in the room made the whole place look bigger. Hope to come back soon!

The gym gets the basics done, though I’d like to see more investment in it. I often stay here for work, and it’s become a dependable backup when my usual places with reward schemes or fancier gyms aren’t available. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the experience is consistently solid. Its central location makes getting around very easy.

The rooms are clean, thoughtfully designed, and well maintained, with comfy beds, very large bathrooms, massive TVs, and reasonably little noise. It’s a lovely hotel, but the staff come across as snobby and pretentious. I use the place now and then, though their attitude sends me to another hotel on the outskirts 9 times out of 10.
