Louise was brilliant, even while handling breakfast and reception on her own on my last day. She’s a real credit to the hotel. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the freshly cooked Full English is well worth having. I had a fantastic three-night stay this week. The city centre is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and I’ll definitely be back later in the year.

The rooms are brilliant, and the shared bathroom was clean. Breakfast was perfect, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and a kettle available. There’s also an iron and ironing board on the landing by the stairs. The staff are really welcoming, and the location opposite the translation is ideal. The only drawback is the steps up to check-in. Highly recommended.

The only thing we struggled with was finding the entrance, which is next to Starbucks. Once we were in, the staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful, and the service was five-star. Breakfast was fresh and nicely cooked. I’d highly recommend it.

We hadn’t planned to stop here, but the hotel turned out to be amazing. The staff were kind and helpful, and all the fun things Nottingham has to offer are within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars.

We had a great night. The room was very comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were clean. It’s also well placed for getting to most attractions on foot, with car parks nearby. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, and the staff were so welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it.
