The staff were really friendly and did their best to help, and the location works well for Maidstone if you’ve got a car. I’d stay here again, though I’d get breakfast somewhere else in town. Parking was a struggle, with few spaces and some of them quite narrow. The pub next door also played loud music until midnight. You know the general Premier Inn standard, so the small details matter. This one is quite nice, but breakfast is served to order rather than being self-service, which I find disappointing for a buffet, especially when the restaurant is big enough to offer one.

Julian at reception was extremely helpful with my mobility issues, and the room was spotless and had enough space for what I needed. The restaurant next door was just as good. It was a great one-night business stay, and I’d happily come back.

Sylvia, Sergio and Jack have such friendly faces, and they really make the stay nicer. My partner and I are regular customers at this Wateringbury Premier Inn, and every staff member has made us feel so welcome and lovely. I can’t recommend the hotel enough! 🫶🏼😁
