The staff at Basildon, festival park made a sad occasion more bearable, and I can’t thank them enough. We arrived at 2:30 am, and Terri at reception was extremely helpful and got us settled in. The next morning, the full English breakfast, pastries, fruit and cereal were all lovely, delicious and unlimited. Tea and coffee were available day and night too. We stayed a second night, and Courtney at reception went above and beyond to help us rebook. She was so empathetic and kept asking if there was anything she could do to make things easier for us. She made a sad time a little brighter. The room was just what we expected, clean and comfortable. Would we stay here again? Yes, in a heartbeat. The staff here are a credit to the company.

We had a lovely stay over Easter weekend. The hotel was quiet, easy to get around, and close to activities and restaurants like tgi Friday and bowling. Parking was free, and the setting was perfect for us. They were raising money for GOSH with a raffle while we were there. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept without disruption. It had the facilities we needed, including tea, coffee, towels and shower wash. The staff were welcoming and quick to get guests settled. There was lots of fresh food to choose from, and breakfast was cooked to order when you arrived in the dining room. A beautiful, comfortable hotel. We’d recommend staying here anytime. Thank you for a lovely stay, five stars from us.

The interior of the hotel was excellent, with modern rooms and all the expected features. There’s a large car park, plus plenty of nearby restaurants and facilities, including bowling and a health club. It was a very good base for our weekend in Basildon. The surrounding area was quite littered and overgrown, and it’s not really somewhere to walk around. Some road maintenance is needed, so take care at the access.

Gary, I think that was his name, was friendly and helpful at breakfast and got our morning off to a good start. Breakfast was great. When my partner’s dress snagged, we needed a sewing kit at the last minute, and the receptionist sorted one out quickly and kindly, with no fuss. We really appreciated that. We had a great stay at the Premier Inn Basildon Festival Park. The room was comfortable and just what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. We’d happily return.

Breakfast was waiting for us when we got back in the early hours, and we had quiet rooms to sleep in after working nights. Courtney and Aymen really looked after us and made us feel welcome throughout our three-week stay. Excellent service.
