The rooms were simple and small, but nice and clean. I stayed in three different ones over a week, from Saturday night to Friday morning: a double overlooking Summer Town street, a twin with two beds, and a windowless double. You can’t open the windows, but I liked being able to adjust the room temperature easily. The hotel is on a street with lots of shops and cafés. I arrived in Oxford on Saturday morning planning to view places and find somewhere to live. By 11 pm I still hadn’t found anything, because the rooms I saw weren’t what I expected from the photos. All my belongings were in the car. I spent two hours making calls, most mid-priced hotels were booked, and paying 200 pounds a night was too expensive. Finally I went to EASY HOTEL, where there were more affordable options. They were also booked, but two male administrators found a room for one night at 2 am + plus. Instead of checking out at 10:00, they said I could stay until 1 pm. At 23:30 on Sunday I booked three more days at the same hotel, and they let me park for free for one day. On Wednesday I was due to check out at 10:00, but my situation was still unclear and I had nowhere to live. I had four large suitcases and 4+ different bags in the room. Two female administrators, Leen and Leanne, let me stay until 11:00 or even 1 pm, while I waited for my manager to tell me what to do. My room was already booked, so I took the opposite room for two more days. On Thursday evening I finally found accommodation and signed a rental agreement. I checked out on Friday with a new home. Thank you Easy Hotel for understanding.

The location was lovely and the staff were lovely too. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this is the best one I’ve been to by far. I’m grateful to Leanne at the front desk for helping me check in and out. Highly recommended!

We’d just checked into our room, and Leen and Elena at the desk made such a warm start to our day. They were amazing, kind and welcoming, and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. The room is neat and tidy, perfect for two people, and comes with all amenities. Easy Hotel is a cozy, comfy and warm place to stay.

The hallways got noisy late at night, with guests coming back from nights out and shouting or talking loudly well past midnight. I was woken up pretty constantly. The rooms are incredibly small. There wasn’t enough room to open a suitcase, and nowhere else to put my things, so some of my stuff ended up on the bed. A little space for a suitcase would make the rooms much better value. I’d recommend staying here for one night, but over a longer stay it gets quite difficult to live in.

The reception staff were fine, but the hotel seems to charge for nearly everything. There weren’t enough parking spaces, so we had to use another company’s car park and pay for it through the hotel. There’s hardly anything to say about the room’s equipment because it was basically close to zero. There wasn’t even a bath mat, and the room looked more like a coffin. They gave us one small towel and one large one for two people. The room was about the size of a double bed, if you know what I mean.
