We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The town is gorgeous and the setting picturesque. Breakfast was included every morning and was the best offering I've come across. The evening meals were delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms were comfortable and very nice, and all the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Special mention to Sol, who was very pleasant and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived.

The rooms were a good size and clean, with comfortable beds. The food was good quality and nicely presented, and the bakery and coffee shop were nice too. Our only issue was that there wasn't anywhere to lounge, no comfy chairs or fireplace.

I've been to The Park Hotel in Peebles for food or a coffee catch-up before, and the staff are always friendly. The food is delicious, and I love how much care goes into decorating the plates. That extra touch makes a difference. I went for lunch with a friend today, and Sol served us wonderfully. She acknowledged us quickly, took our order with a smile and checked that we had everything we needed. Thanks, Sol, for such a lovely experience. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend The Park.

I've been lucky enough to eat at The Tryst restaurant in the Park three times over the past few months, and I'll be returning. Chef Ryan Hogg has an amazing talent. His tasting menu is wonderful, with a different version each weekend, served only on Friday and Saturday evenings. Every course has several components chosen carefully to work together. Where possible, the ingredients are local, and they're certainly Scottish products. It's truly delicious food, thoughtfully put together.
