Inn In The Park

We've called in at this pub a few times while visiting family on trips to Bournemouth. Dogs are welcome, and there are gluten free options. The food is superb, and the service is just as good. I'd definitely recommend it.

The décor was nice, with plenty of regular tables and a few high ones. We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. This seems to be about the only pub in the area, which might explain the high prices, especially on the food menu. Service didn't feel especially friendly. We waited about three minutes for someone to come back to the bar and serve us, along with others waiting. Drink choices were very limited. You'd better know what you want and what unfamiliar beers taste like, since they weren't keen to let us try any. The gents' toilets are just to the right when you come in, between the two sets of entrance doors, and absolutely stink. The smell was so bad we nearly walked straight back out.

Disco night was on when we visited, and the place was rocking. The Inn on the Park came highly recommended while we were staying nearby, and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Amanda found us a table at a moment's notice on a busy night and looked after us all evening. Thanks to her, the waiting staff, and the kitchen for making it such a great evening. More than happy to recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed on a balmy Wednesday evening in October and had a great vegan dinner at the Inn In The Park. Mia and the team were wonderfully hospitable, and it's a friendly place with good food at a good price. There are lots of cask ales, including zero alcohol options. Looking forward to coming back next time we're in the area.
