Anvershiel House made exploring easy, with ample parking and just a short walk into town. We had a great overnight stay in a lovely room that was clean, comfortable and equipped with what we needed. Breakfast had a fantastic range of choices for different dietary requirements. The map wallpaper in the dining room was a fun detail. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was comfortable, and town was within walking distance. It was an adequate stay, though a bit pricey compared with other full-service B&Bs we’ve used. Everything is self-service: check-in, cold continental breakfast, making your own French press coffee, clearing your dishes, and checking out. I wasn’t keen on the meats and cheeses being left in their store packaging in the fridge, since people reaching in would put their fingers on them. A tray with tongs would have been more hygienic.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, and parking on the premises. I’d thoroughly recommend this place.

We had a great stay in spacious, comfortable rooms, with welcoming staff and easy check-in and check-out. The B&B is right on the seafront, just a four-minute walk from the promenade. Thanks for a lovely visit.
