Derby Arms

Andy and the team took such good care of us, starting with the booking and all the way through the day. We held my mum’s wake here, and the beautiful setting, wonderful staff, and fantastic food made it feel perfect. Thank you so much 🤗

My sea bass, vegetables and roast potatoes were fresh and properly seasoned, even with my very specific food allergies to accommodate. At other places, changing a dish for my needs has left it bland, but that wasn't the case here. The staff were lovely too. Fantastic food and service, 10/10!

The large bedroom was comfortable, with a powerful shower, good parking, and a quiet night. The new menu is fantastic, and the food was beautifully cooked. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the beer and wine were superb. Highly recommend 👍🏻

A lovely view from the car park, and a good old-fashioned English pub. The whole team were genuinely decent people and couldn't have been more helpful. My wife and I stayed one night to avoid the early morning traffic before our dogs appointment at the vet. We were delighted with the food, and the huge bed was comfortable. Our beautiful dog, Penny, settled really well too. We enjoyed this little break more than we expected, and it was worth every penny. The dog-friendly welcome was the ultimate bonus.
