I slept really well in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The mattress felt soft but supportive, and the clean linen and plush pillows made it easy to get a deep, restful night's sleep. The room was quiet, clean, and well kept, with a calm, welcoming feel after a long day. Food was another highlight. It was fresh, tasty, and good value, and meal service was smooth. The staff were polite and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn and was impressed by the comfort and quality. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The hotel strikes a good balance between comfort, food quality, and value, for short or long stays and business or leisure trips. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to others. The bed really lived up to its “luxury bed” reputation.

Breakfast was fantastic, though there was only one team member working. The gentleman was doing a great job and was very welcoming. Dinner service in the restaurant was really bad. There were only three guests, with a manager and two front-of-house staff, so there was no reason for the long waits. We waited 20 minutes for drinks after ordering. The pizza came first, then the smothered chicken arrived cold, obviously, 15-20 minutes later. Another plate came 10-15 minutes after that. The point of going to a restaurant is to eat together. The manager apologized for the wait, but that wasn't enough, and there was no action. Guest promises are there for a reason. It took 20 minutes to sort out my bill with just three guests in the restaurant. It wasn't full, and neither was the hotel. We booked a table for 18h00 and left around 21h30. Just ridiculous. I can't post a review without giving a star, otherwise I'd never give even one. Never again.

I really liked the room and the restaurant food, and the staff were friendly. On my last morning, though, nobody was at reception. The sign asked me to wait to be seated, so I did for about 10 minutes, then gave up and sat down by myself. Luckily, I'd already paid for a meal deal, but anyone could have walked in. The hotel was lovely inside. Still, as a young woman on my own, I felt a little uneasy walking to and from it because of the area.

My Mum and I stayed over the weekend, from the 8th of November until the 9th of November, and were really impressed. Everything was within walking distance, so the location was perfect. The room was quiet at all times, comfortable, and of a very high standard. We felt safe there. The service from Ismail and Phoenix really lifted our experience. They gave phenomenal customer service, as did all the cleaners we spoke to and the morning restaurant staff. Everyone worked so hard and made this trip feel special. I can't thank them enough.

I've always liked Premier Inn, but I stayed here in Preston a month ago and wasn't impressed. The computer couldn't give me my room key, and they charged me for toothpaste, which hasn't happened at the other Premier Inns I've stayed at. One staff member wasn't helpful at all, though the other two were.
