Fresh milk, tea, coffee and sweets made the room feel welcoming. It was spotless too, with a great shower and a really comfortable bed. I couldn't fault the stay, it was a pleasure from beginning to end.

I've stayed at Winckley Stays several times over the last six months, and even the rooms I wasn't upgraded from had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. A few times they moved me to a better room without charging extra. The service is friendly and professional, and they clearly pay attention to the small details. The value is hard to beat. Other places I've stayed have offered the bare minimum, then added cleaning fees or a deposit to get more money out of you. I appreciate that Winckley Stays actually cares about its customers.

The room was lovely and had what I needed for a relaxing stay. I was surprised by the stains on the dining chairs, especially since I've stayed with this company before and the rooms have always been spotless. It was also quite hot in the room, even though it was on the ground floor and the heating wasn't on.

The rooms are lovely, with a handy kitchen corner and a walk-in shower. The location works really well too, beside a park and a doughnut and coffee place, and only a few minutes on foot from the city centre and station. It's wonderful here every time. When I'm in Preston, I'll always choose Winckley Stays. Thank you!
