Pier Hotel Rhyl

We only stayed one night, but it was a fab place. The owners were a funny couple and sat outside with us and a few other guests, which was lovely. They explained the Covid measures, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and very nice, with a fridge, and they let us bring food in. They gave us a continental-style breakfast to take back to the room, with plenty to choose from. Thanks so much, and keep up the superb work. X x

We've been coming to the Pier for four years and have loved every stay. Will and Wayne are such good hosts, couldn't ask for better. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and the beds are really comfortable. We'll keep coming back as long as those two are running the hotel.

I have a chronic illness and was nervous about leaving the comfort of home, but the owners made sure I felt safe, comfortable and happy. They hadn't been given advance notice of my specific needs, yet they kept helping on an individual basis. When my husband needed to ask for assistance, they were there for us. That kind of care is rare, and I'm truly grateful. You've restored my faith in travelling. We stayed for three days and felt welcome from the moment we arrived with our suitcases. The place was very clean and comfortable, and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast was amazing, and even without prior warning they could handle my personal meal requests. Thank you so much. The staff were so caring and considerate, and they upgraded my room for free. It's a beautiful little hotel, comfortable and with a sea view. Shops, transport and local attractions are easy to get to. I'll definitely stay again if I'm back in North Wales.
