Brentwood Inn by Good Night Inns

The rooms have been clean every time I've stayed, and the TV is a good size, which is a bonus. I've been back several times because it's a lovely place. The woman at reception, who I think is called Karen, is always friendly and welcoming.

We had a table booked for 30 on 3/1/26. We got there well ahead of the others so we could order before our 20-month-old granddaughter got tired of waiting. We ordered for four adults and one child, but while the rest of the party arrived, ordered and started eating, our food still hadn't come. I had to ask staff twice, and was told the mixed grill might be taking longer, even though some people who ordered 20 minutes after us were already eating. When our food finally came, about an hour after ordering, my granddaughter's corn on the cob was frozen. Staff did replace it, but the whole thing was disgraceful. We also heard another customer mention the same issue later. I used to love eating here, but this has put me off.

My mum and I chose this place for Christmas dinner this year, and we loved it. The food was amazing, and the team were so friendly, serving us with smiles. I was impressed with everything. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff, you were amazing ❤️

The food was fantastic and the staff made the experience amazing. Bronwyn and Holly were especially friendly, and nothing seemed too much to ask of them. It was a 10/10 for me. We'll definitely come back, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
