Breakfast is a steal at £8, with unlimited food and drinks. The chef was great and even brought me fresh fried bread he'd just made. For the price, the room is hard to fault: spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable, and at a perfect temperature, with a nice bed. I'll be staying again shortly.

We arrived after 10pm with two kids under five, only to discover I'd booked Friday 20th March instead of Friday 20th February. Roxie at reception was exceptionally helpful: she changed the booking and got our room ready after my mistake. The room was a good standard, with a very comfy bed and a bathroom more modern than at other Premier Inns I've stayed in. Parking was easy, and breakfast on site in the hotel was really good, which isn't always the case at Premier Inns. A good stay thanks to great customer service.

Breakfast was amazing, cooked fresh and hot right in front of us. The server was very friendly, and we slept well in a nice room. We'll definitely go back. Five stars from me.

The breakfast chef deserves a special mention. He was the most helpful Premier Inn employee we've met, insisted on making us first-class poached eggs both mornings, and clearly took pride in his work. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a very good two-night stay, with easy parking, a quiet setting, and a hotel that was easy to find. I'm sure we'll visit again when we're in the Midlands. Thank you.

Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choice, and the location made it easy to get around. The rooms were very clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Friendly staff, good value for the price, and I'd happily stay again.
