Premier Inn London Ruislip

An Indian lady at the front desk at night was so kind and polite. When we came back with some things from outside, she helped us carry them upstairs, which we really appreciated. The whole team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The management runs a well-organized place, and you can see that in how attentive and efficient the staff are. Everyone seemed genuinely committed to making guests comfortable. It was a memorable stay, and I’d happily return and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service.

The main snag was the restaurant. We’d hoped to have lunch there after arriving, but it had closed, and nobody had mentioned that when we booked the room last year. Keep that in mind when booking. We stayed at the Premier Inn, London Ruislip before Oasis and had a really good time otherwise. Reception were brilliant and arranged an early check-in so we could leave our bags. The room was clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning and very comfortable beds. There was plenty of free parking too, just enter your reg plate in the machine by reception. We were in room 7, right opposite the stairs, and heard every creak and bang as people went up and down. Even quiet footsteps carried, so light sleepers might want to ask for a room further from the stairwell. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout, and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks to the team for making it a pleasant stay.

I was exhausted when I arrived, and Pooja Devi kindly assigned me room 19. She was really helpful and kind to all the clients. The booking was great, and I wanted to mention the good service she provided.

I liked the location and the view from the hotel. I booked a double room for my family last week, and we had a great experience. The staff did their best to give us good service. Special thanks to receptionist Pooja devi, who was cooperative and experienced.
