Sophie and Hayley made our wedding feel so personal, and the whole Glendower team deserves a huge thank you. They helped us choose the menus and decor, and stayed attentive and professional from beginning to end. Everyone worked so hard to make the day special. Absolutely amazing, and I’d highly recommend it for a memorable occasion.

A quiet, lovely spot for a break, with good food available quite late. The gym was well equipped, and the instructor was friendly and very professional. He checked whether I was fit and healthy enough to work out, which I appreciated. The staff were brilliant too. Thanks.

We had a private room for 14, with enough space for everyone and for the kids to enjoy themselves without bothering other guests. The afternoon tea at The Glendower was wonderful: warm scones, fresh sandwiches and a nice selection of cakes and patisseries. There was plenty of tea and coffee, and the staff checked on us attentively without hovering. A fantastic family afternoon, thanks to the team!

It really felt like Christmas here. The decor is lovely, and there are great rooms, lifts, a games room and a dog-friendly setup. There’s also a lounge and a ballroom with a bar inside, plus a piano just outside. The restaurant, coast brassiere, was delicious. Tina at reception and Jason behind the bar were super friendly and efficient. They both deserve a raise. Great place to stay.

The staff really made us feel welcome from the start. Tina at reception was wonderful, always happy to banter and suggest places to visit. The bar staff were cheerful and up for a giggle, and Gary from maintenance kindly helped my friend and me get our bags to the lift when we were struggling. The hotel itself was lovely inside and out, far enough from Blackpool’s busy strip but close enough to head over. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, though the food looked and smelled divine. We’ll definitely visit again, and I’d recommend it. Thank you.
