The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding about why we’d come to Jersey. My Mum was born here, and we were carrying out one of her last wishes by placing a white rose on the graves of her brother, sister and parents. Our room was excellent, very clean, with a view of the beach. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well each night. Breakfast kept us going until dinner, and the hotel bar had a good range of drinks and a Happy Hour. It’s in an ideal spot, about 10 minutes from the town centre. We highly recommend staying here and are going again next year.

We stayed for one night in October '25 and got a warm welcome. Our room on the third floor had an awesome sea view, though the lift only goes up to the second floor. Dinner in the restaurant on Saturday was excellent, both the food and service, and the saxophonist was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good too. Great location, with a pub across the road that serves good beer.

The hotel is right on the beach, with beautiful views. The website says it’s pet-friendly, but pets aren’t allowed in the bar, hallway, or outside terrace, even though that terrace is well away from the kitchen and dining area. There was no welcome when we or the other groups arrived. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are much friendlier places for pets and people just a few metres away.

Some parts of the hotel could do with updating, but we couldn’t fault the stay overall. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. We’d definitely visit again after our five nights here.

The sea-facing location is peaceful and scenic. Our room was quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. Zarah and Jeric were especially quick to respond and well organised, which helped make our stay in Jersey very pleasant.
