The team at Raddisons helped make our birthday celebration a wonderful evening. Nollaig was patient and gave me great support while I put the party together. On the night, Eric’s warm welcome helped everything run smoothly, and the kitchen provided a really tasty buffet. We’re very grateful to everyone there.

The staff are superb and nothing seems too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had everything you could want, enough to keep me full until dinner. I’d recommend a bed-and-breakfast stay. It’s a beautiful hotel in a fabulous spot overlooking the marina and Elizabeth Castle.

We booked five nights in the penthouse suite and couldn’t fault any part of our stay. The suite was fantastic, very clean, and had a full-size balcony. Reception, bar and restaurant were all spotless, with friendly, attentive staff. All the food we tried was good, and the two small requests we had for the room were handled professionally and quickly. The seafront esplanade, marina and St Helier town centre are all a short walk away. We’ll return to this superb hotel in Jersey.

The views over the marina and out to sea were great, and we loved our stay in the Panoramic Suite. It was spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms, two large widescreen TVs, two fridges, a safe and the usual tea, coffee and sugar, plus wine and chocolates. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was a nice buffet, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Miguel, a young lad, was especially funny. We loved it and will return. This hotel has got it right 👍

I like having a drink in the lounge. It’s spacious and the service is good, with a pleasant atmosphere. Just check the bill, as a couple of times extra items have been added. I noticed the same thing happen to the table next to us.
