Miricia Hotel

We’ve already booked another stay for October after spending two nights here. Our sea view was stunning, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was top class, with the runny eggs we both like. Joanne and Richard were very pleasant, and we’re looking forward to returning.

The owner was lovely, the decor was lovely, the views were awesome, and the breakfast was beaut. A parking permit was included, and finding out the owner was from where we live gave us a nice talking point. We stayed one night and would definitely come again. The main bother was another couple making a lot of noise on the stairs after 10pm, falling about, laughing and banging around while drunk. The pipes were also quite loud when people flushed or ran a tap, though I understand it’s an old building. Carl and Becky.

We had a lovely time, though an emergency at home meant we had to leave early and miss the last two days. Hopefully we can come back. Thank you for being so kind. Jo gave us a very warm welcome and explained the COVID rules, which were very good. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a lovely shower and, especially useful for women, a dressing table with a mirror and a nearby socket for a hairdryer. The hearty cooked breakfast was yummy. The B&B overlooks the sea in a lovely spot in the north bay, with the south bay close enough to reach too.

Superb value, a great location, a brilliant breakfast, and friendly staff. The castle and sea views are fantastic, and it’s only about a ten-minute walk to the north or south bay areas. Such a good-value hotel, easy to overlook.
