The staff were courteous and professional, and nothing seemed too much trouble, even though the hotel had only just opened and might have had some teething problems. I ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The locally sourced menu was a highlight, with generous portions of fresh, hot food served promptly. Breakfast was hot and fresh too, and the service was just as good as the night before. I was on a solo business trip in December, soon after the opening, and felt I should leave some positive feedback. The hotel felt warm, welcoming and professionally run. I liked the modern bar decorated with art showing local sights, and the restaurant has both open-plan and more private areas to suit different tastes. The rooms impressed me compared with other hotels I've used. They're modern, spacious and stylish, with thoughtful details, plenty of hanging space, plug sockets and other essentials that are often missing when you're away. The hotel grounds also have a spacious free car park, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for Teams calls. I look forward to staying again next time I'm in the area. It's a brilliant hotel for business or leisure and a real gem locally.

The Sunday roast was delicious: I had brisket beef and my partner chose pork, and we'd definitely recommend it. The bar has a superb range of drinks, and the Honey Paloma quickly became my favourite cocktail. It's a must-try. We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the modern, stylish rooms have thoughtful design and high-quality interiors that make you feel comfortable right away. It was a great experience throughout, and I'll definitely be back.

The cosy, relaxing atmosphere made for a lovely Sunday lunch. My family and I enjoyed all of it, from the starters to the mains and dessert. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. I highly recommend Aspen restaurant and bar if you're looking for a great meal and a wide selection of quality drinks.

The staff were outstanding, and I'll be back very soon. I stayed a few weeks ago and thought the hotel was beautiful. The modern rooms had very comfortable beds, and the bathroom had a huge walk-in shower. Dinner in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, and breakfast had so much choice.

I was surprised to find chicken wellington on the menu, since I don't eat red meat. It was amazing, so thumbs up to the chef. The restaurant has a modern style, and the food was excellent. I had a fabulous stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was more spacious than at other hotels I've stayed in, and the comfortable bed gave me a very good night's sleep. Whether it's Rotherham or Sheffield, I'm just glad to have a hotel of this quality where I can stay.
