We came for a wedding and were given a very late checkout at no extra cost, which we really appreciated since we were feeling worse for wear and had hours to fill before our flight home. We stayed two nights; the room was clean, tidy and cosy, and Skipton centre was within walking distance. A perfect spot for a quick getaway.

The room was really clean, well presented and good value, with everything we needed, including a fan and hairdryer. The shower was nice, though the bed bounced a bit. We arrived early, but the door was shut and nobody answered the bell. There are steps up to the entrance on both sides, so access might be difficult for wheelchair users. There’s space outside for two cars, though it was easy enough to park on a nearby street. It’s a short walk into Skipton, with a little pub around the corner that does good food and a Tesco with fuel across the road.

Debbie was a lovely host and was happy to help with anything. Our room was spacious, clean and had all we needed. The town centre was only a 5-10 minute walk away, so we didn’t need a bus or taxi.

The owner was really friendly and accommodating, and the place was very clean and great value. The location was excellent. What more could you ask for? 👌😊

I wouldn’t recommend this for business travel. I’ve emailed the hotel for weeks asking for an invoice and haven’t had a response. Most companies won’t accept the handwritten receipt.
