Travelodge Sleaford

The staff were very pleasant and parking was fine, with no need to register your number plate. The shower rail curves to help keep the floor dry. The room felt a bit tired beside newer places, though, and had a slightly musty smell.

Mel, Emma, Jake and Kathi were all so warm and welcoming, in the order I met them, and made my stay really pleasant. The team at this branch went above and beyond with their customer service. It was also exceptionally clean and quiet. I'd highly recommend this Travelodge.

Fine for a work stay, but there's no restaurant on site and the only breakfast offered is to go. There are nearby fast food places.

My room was clean, the bed was fresh, and the bathroom water was hot. It was all I needed. I've had different experiences at other Travelodges, but I was really pleased with this room and the welcome I got here. Jess checked me in and was helpful, chatty and very professional. After a long day, a little banter at reception was just what I needed. She didn't have that grumpy, "don't want to be here" attitude I've run into at other chain hotels. A smile and a pleasant manner really make a difference. Top marks, and I hope Travelodge management see this. I'll definitely stay at this one again next time I'm in the area.
