Uno Hotel Heathrow Windsor

The only good thing was the price. My room was poor quality, the TV didn't work, there was no light I could switch on from bed, and I wasn't sure the sheets and pillow were clean. Those are basics I'd expect even in a cheap hotel. My car had also been broken into.

The carpets were filthy, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The rooms look nothing like the website pictures. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend booking at this dump. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

The shower was warm and the bed was comfortable, but the carpets looked like a Jackson Pollock painting. I'd call the place 2 star at most. They also charge £12 for overnight car park use, and I couldn't see that mentioned anywhere when booking.

We had a really good 5-night stay, and my family enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double and 2 single beds for five of us, including 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond. There's no food at the hotel itself, but an amazing restaurant next door does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and a small service tesco is within walking distance. The location is excellent, right by a few major bus routes, so getting to central London or Legoland was ridiculously easy.
