The staff made the biggest difference during my two weeks at Premier Inn Solihull Town Centre. Everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and happy to help with questions or requests. Their positive attitude and customer service made me feel valued, especially on a longer stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and local amenities. My room was kept clean, tidy and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything I needed was available. Staying somewhere that long can sometimes get tiring, but this visit felt comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. I was extremely happy with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area.

The room felt totally safe to me. There was a previous bad review about safety, and each to their own, but calling the area dangerous seems hard to believe. Maybe it’s subjective. We spent a quick night here after a shopping weekend, before flying out. The location is handy for the town centre, with plenty of parking options and just a short walk to the shopping centre. The Premier room was spacious, tidy and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. The hotel seems to have been renovated fairly recently, or at least some rooms have. We found the staff friendly, polite and welcoming. The Stand PI Thyme bar and restaurant has a limited menu and not a great drinks selection, though that may be down to demand. The bar does the job. I do think PI should bring these smaller town locations in line with the larger city and airport ones. These places seem understaffed, though again that could be due to demand. All in all, a nice hotel and I’d return when I’m in this part of the world. Thanks again, Premier Inn. P.S. there’s a previous bad review about safety. Each to their own, but the place felt completely safe. Maybe it’s subjective, but calling the area dangerous is hard to believe.

Breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, so I slept soundly through the night. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

All the staff are brilliant, the parking is nearby and cheap, and the rooms are great with a powerful shower. Breakfast was okay, and I was glad to see poached eggs. The evening meals, though, were very poor. There was only one chef, but the food was still just bad. Sorry, team, but the kitchen lets the place down. I’d stay here again on a bed and breakfast basis, but I wouldn’t take the meal deal. There are many amazing places to eat nearby, and the train station is very close, with Birmingham centre just 15 minutes away.

We had an excellent evening meal, and the service was excellent too. During the night and the following morning, the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and cosy, and the location is handy for Solihull Shopping Centres. We had a great stay, thanks very much. 😁
