The best things for me were being able to charge my car on site and the good free food. It's often hard to find tasty gluten-free options on hotel menus, but this place was really accommodating. Dinner was lovely, breakfast excellent, and they were happy to provide gluten-free alternatives for most things. I stayed here for work and found the room comfortable and clean. The hotel is nicely laid out, with pleasant, relaxed surroundings. Great hotel, highly recommended.

The adjoining rooms worked really well, one for the kids and one for the adults. We were offered a complimentary late checkout before 2pm, which we appreciated. The only snag was that the system hadn’t been updated, so I was locked out after 11am and had to go to reception. It was unmanned, and it took a while to find someone. We stayed one night out of necessity, not for a holiday, but ended up enjoying it. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was really nice, and there’s a good gym and swimming pool.

Everyone we came across was so nice when my family and I came in for breakfast. Emma welcomed us at reception and directed us to the restaurant, where Dominic greeted us with such a happy, friendly manner. I think Dani, Matt and Syed were working that day too. A shout-out to everyone, we’ll definitely be back.

We hired a function room for a birthday and the staff took great care of us. The reception, bar and events teams were all brilliant, and made the evening unforgettable. Some friends stayed the night and ate at the restaurant. They had lots of good things to say about the food and rooms. I couldn’t recommend it more.
