Michelle and Al made the place feel cosy, and our room was clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing, really enjoyable break, with plenty of choice at breakfast. It's not too far from the town centre, and Michelle suggested places to eat and things to see.

Michelle and Al are kind and polite, with a no-nonsense manner. They engaged with us when we arrived and were there to chat each morning at breakfast. A great little bed and breakfast.

The breakfasts were hearty and delicious, even though we had to order the day before. The stay was absolutely worth the money, and we'd happily come back. We spent a weekend there from Friday to Sunday last weekend, out of season, so the amenities weren't open, though it was nice to look around. Michelle and Ali were welcoming, friendly and attentive, and gave us useful recommendations for eating and drinking. Our family room was clean, spacious and pleasantly decorated, with a nice hospitality tray. The en suite was a little compact, and we didn't love the mattress, though that's just personal preference and didn't spoil our stay. There's a private car park at the back. Street parking is also available, but it's paid and controlled until 6pm, or free with a Blue Badge. The rooms are upstairs, which may not suit people with limited mobility. It's a short walk to the Promenade and the Town Centre. Best wishes, Pauline and Rob.

We've just returned from our third visit to The Heidi, and are already looking forward to next year. Michelle and Al always give such a warm welcome. The room was spotless, with everything we needed and more. We've stayed in three different rooms now, and each has been excellent. Breakfast was excellent too. The place is ideally located for the shops and pier, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in that area.

Our room was quiet and cosy, with a very comfortable bed and bedding that smelled lovely. Everywhere was spotless and had all I needed, and breakfast was delicious with more than enough to eat. Michelle and Al were wonderful, welcoming hosts. The Heidi is close to the town, seafront and other amenities. I'd highly recommend it after our two-night stay.
