The guest area was lovely, and the whole place had a warm, relaxing feel. From the moment we arrived at The Inn at Kingsbarns, we felt welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. We loved our stay and would gladly come back. Happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was travelling solo and felt right at home here. The staff were so welcoming, and I had a fantastic time during my two nights earlier this week. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a great shower and everything I needed. The food was great, and the little restaurant felt cosy with its log burning fire. Thank you!

The duck was delicious, and dessert was really yummy too. Our orders were taken quickly, and a caring team member who had stepped in during the busy period found us a corner table in the bar. We had a dog with us and, although the pub was understandably busy, there didn’t seem to be much awareness when we arrived that we’d booked. I needn’t have worried, though. The online booking was easy, and the reminders and other communication beforehand were good. We were in the Kingsbarns area over New Year’s Eve and had reserved dinner here. The bar was cosy with a lovely village atmosphere. One small observation: with such a big TV, I’d have preferred something other than a 2000s music channel, and the music didn’t quite fit the ambience either. We’d definitely recommend the place and visit again when we’re nearby.

A lovely place to visit, run by the community, with really nice staff. The food was excellent, and they were so helpful they even gave us salt and pepper to take back to the cottage. The fruit scone was cosy and very yum. Worth a visit :)

We waited about 50 minutes before any food arrived, then service came in big gaps. My sausage and haggis with mashed potato still hadn’t turned up after someone in our party had finished their meal, so I told them not to bother bringing it. Another person’s GF Scotch broth came with barley, so it wasn’t GF. We were a group of seven, including two people who needed gluten-free food, and had phoned ahead to check the GF menu choices. We were told the chef was GF and there’d be no issues. Communication and service were really poor. Disappointed, and I wouldn’t go again.
