Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, and it was good value with plenty of parking. The B&B is lovely, friendly and has spacious rooms, each with its own key so you can let yourself in. It's about a 10-minute walk from St Austell Railway and bus station, and 15-20 minutes from the town centre. There's a bus stop outside if you need a ride back after a few drinks.

Being so close to town and public transport made getting around easy, and the room was comfortable too. The owners were kind and flexible, doing all they could to make our stay pleasant. Thanks to Mike, Vikki and Adelaide for looking after us so well.

The family running the place were warm and helpful throughout our two-night stay. Breakfast was cooked to order each morning with local ingredients, and every bit of it tasted delicious. Our room was spotless, with a nice sitting area, a huge bed dressed in lovely linen, and a fabulous bathroom. We enjoyed every minute here and would happily recommend it.

Lovely hosts at a beautiful, pleasant place. The bus and railway stations are nearby, and the High Street in St. Austell is about a 5-10 minute walk away.

We slept incredibly well during our three nights here, and the hosts were so welcoming that we’d love to come back. The cooked breakfast was hot, made to order, and delicious, with fresh farm bacon and eggs. It’s easy to get around too, with the bus and railway stations right next door, shops and pubs about a three-minute walk away, and beaches close by.
