We had a really enjoyable stay, and the staff were lovely and helpful throughout. Linda was amazing, and nothing seemed too much for her, even though I didn't catch everyone's names. The room was comfortable and really good, and the location worked perfectly for everywhere we needed to go. My only small gripe was a faint cigarette smell in the corridors. The housekeeping team, the two happiest women ever, kept the whole place spotless. We've stayed at many Premier Inns, and this is one of our favourites. Thanks for making our visit so enjoyable. We'd definitely come back.

We stay here whenever we visit family, and it feels like a second home. The staff are excellent and responsive, and they make sure we have the same room each time without us needing to ask. That's especially helpful because my wife is blind and already knows the room layout and fire exits.

The rooms may be basic, but they're comfortable, the food is great, and the staff are genuinely kind. Gary, Lynda and Charlie deserve a special mention for their kindness. They know why, and I really appreciate it. I'll be back and would recommend this Premier Inn for a night or a longer stay.

I've been staying at this Premier Inn for nearly three years, and the rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Gav and Linda stand out: they remember my name and room number, and always have a ground floor room ready when I request one. The pub next door is run by the same staff and has a welcoming feel. The food is always very nice. I love the double stack burger with fries cooked on the chargrill, and the portions are a good size. A friendly, clean hotel when you're in the area.
