We stayed in the Net loft and found a comfortable bed and everything we could need, plus more. The hosts were very welcoming and shared useful local information. There's a quiet nearby beach to explore, and breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. Thank you for being so lovely.

We had a peaceful place to return to each day, which was lovely since the weather was fabulous and everywhere was busy. The train from Carbis Bay to St Ives was quick and easy. Fenella and Mark were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was great. We had a wonderful time at this B&B and can't fault our stay. We'd highly recommend it.

The rooms at Headland House were quiet and clean, with cakes, water, and milks provided every day, plus a welcome Prosecco. Mark and Fenella gave us great ideas for days out, and we made memories we'll never forget. It's a perfect place to stay, close to Carbis Bay beach, a train straight to St Ives, and good local restaurants. They handled my partner's coeliac dietary request perfectly, and breakfast was incredible. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from and especially good cooked options. Mark and Fenella were perfect hosts, and there were thoughtful extras in the room: chilled water, milk in the fridge each day, and slices of cake. The room itself was really nice. Headland House is handy for the station, with frequent trains that take about five minutes to reach St Ives. I’d highly recommend it.

The room was tidy and thoughtfully set up, and breakfast was really good with excellent service. Fenella and Mark were amazing hosts, full of local knowledge and incredibly helpful. There’s parking at the B&B, and the Carbis Bay train goes straight into St Ives, which saves the hassle of driving in. I’ll definitely be back.
