Premier Inn Staines upon Thames

Tesco and Pret a Manger are right downstairs, which made popping out and back easy. We arrived late, but the secure entry was straightforward and check-in was still available. We had trouble getting the room cards to work, though a helpful staff member got us sorted. The room was spacious and stayed at a comfortable temperature overnight. There were spare pillows, and they had decent firmness. We spent the morning watching the Winter Olympics on TV from the comfy bed. Leaving was just as easy, we dropped the key card into the Perspex box by the exit. 5/5.

The buffet breakfast was fresh and had a great selection, and the stay was excellent value for money. We were here for 6 nations rugby. The train station is a short walk away, with local shops handy too. A large car park at the nearby shopping centre charges £12 for 24 hours. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet, with blackout curtains that worked well. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

We were mostly at the hotel to sleep while visiting friends, but the staff were so friendly and up for a chat that we felt very welcome. The room was comfortable, and the bed was amazing. You really can’t beat a Premier Inn for a good night’s sleep. Another great stay at a Premier Inn, this time at a different location.

Nameera and Ana made our meal at the Staines Premier Inn restaurant memorable. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived, and made us feel comfortable. They checked in at the right times and went out of their way to make sure everything was right, always professional and smiling. You can see how much care they put into looking after guests. The food and atmosphere were great too. Nameera and Ana are a real credit to the Staines Premier Inn team, and we’ll be happy to return because of their service. Highly recommended!
