This enchanting Georgian manor house has been sympathetically extended over the years. Guests may enjoy a drink in the hotel bar and dine in the on-site restaurant. There are 115 guest rooms in total. A laundry service is also provided.

By car: exit the M4 at Junction 13, take the A34 to Oxford. After 14 km take the A4185 to Wantage. Go straight over the first and second roundabout. Take the first left turn into the main drive for Milton Hill House Training Centre. Follow this drive all the way to the main house.

The meal was really good, and the menu had loads of interesting vegetarian and vegan options, which we appreciated. Everything we ordered was delicious and full of flavour. The young team serving us were friendly, helpful and very efficient, and worked well together. It was a pleasure being looked after by them. Full marks to Maddie, Lois and Conner.

The pool was a nice extra, and the quiet, cosy surroundings made it easy to relax. Milton Hill House is a beautiful historic building with loads of charm. The staff were the best, especially Anna, Izzie and Nikol, who were warm, professional and gave us outstanding service. We had a wonderful stay, and they made it unforgettable.

Rachel Pearce made sure her team gave us a fantastic experience and even added lots of thoughtful little extras. Thanks as well to Bianca, Tori, Zac, Ellie, Paige and Emily for their outstanding service and for making us feel so welcome. We held a four-day company retreat at Milton Hill House for 50 scientists, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to support the retreat, and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and Gosia and the other waitresses were really friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and tidy, with an amazing bed. I had the best night's sleep in years, and the front desk staff were welcoming too. Absolutely fantastic hotel. I'll definitely come back 😀

We were there on 17th January 2026 for Charlottes birthday, and had a very enjoyable stay with good value for money. The hotel was lovely, the room very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower fantastic. The leisure facilities were good too. There was a good range of drinks at the bar, including a local beer, at reasonable prices. The restaurant menu felt limited. What we ordered was tasty and nicely presented, but could have been hotter. It seemed short staffed during a busy dinner service, though the staff handled it really well. They didn't need to apologise so often.
