The cooked breakfast was good once it arrived, but the wait was long with just one member of staff serving the whole restaurant. The self-serve continental table also needed attention, with juice and cereal running short. The hotel itself was nice and clean, though the breakfast service was a bit disappointing for Beefeater standard.

Staff made us feel welcome, and the rooms were clean with a decent amount of space and that familiar Premier Inn comfort. It's a good spot to get some rest just outside Swanley. Breakfast at the bull pub was decent too.

Our stay was really pleasant, and check-in went smoothly thanks to Michele at the front desk. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and we really appreciated the help and service. Thanks, Michele.

Free guest parking and easy access to the main roads made getting to the O2 convenient. It's around 30-40 minutes away. The hotel was great, with clean rooms at a reasonable price, and breakfast was decent. We had a great experience and would stay again.

For a good price, the room had modern facilities in good condition, including a nice bed, a good ensuite, a big TV, and coffee facilities. Parking next door was good, but you have to register. The lift was out of order, then working again, just like on my last visit. We went to Beefeater next door for breakfast, but they weren't taking walk-ins. On a previous visit we were left waiting to be seated, so we walked away. It's a shame, as the evening food seemed okay.
