Morgans Hotel

The Welsh breakfast was outstanding, and we slept well in very comfortable beds. Our shower was gorgeous too. We stayed in the Curlew Room at the Townhouse on 27th December, and the lovely staff and warm atmosphere made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. I’ve been visiting Swansea regularly for thirty years, though I live in London now. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in here, and I can’t praise it highly enough.

We’ll keep supporting Morgans. My husband and I got engaged there 20 years ago this July, and we’re never disappointed. We always book direct because the hotel is so helpful. Between Christmas and New Year, my son had a really sore throat. I called reception to ask where I could buy ice cream, and they checked the kitchen and brought two tubs to our room for free. Such lovely service.

Morgan’s team were the part of my stay that really stood out. Everyone was kind, helpful and clearly passionate about the hotel and their work. The two Amy’s I met were great. Thanks so much, and I hope you enjoyed the Doughnuts 😎 Good hotels like this aren’t hard to find, but staff like these are much rarer.

I stopped by a few weeks ago and got lovely bar service from Luke and Rhys. Those two cheerful young lads really know their drinks. I’ll be back to try more of their cocktails!
