Breakfast was plentiful, with hot and cold options, and the room was warm and clean with very comfortable beds. It had what we needed, including an iron and board, hairdryer, and tea. The staff handled issues calmly and efficiently, especially Leah. I work in hospitality, so I know how hard the job is, and the whole team here is clearly excellent. We’ll definitely stay again. Thanks to everyone.

The parking spaces are limited and narrow, but otherwise I’d definitely recommend staying here. The room was clean and nicely presented, the service was excellent, and there’s a pleasant bar and restaurant with a good breakfast selection.

We’re returning customers, and I arranged a Valentine’s surprise for my wife. I brought in the decorations a day before Valentine’s Day, and Tia at the desk set up the whole room with them, along with flowers and a bottle of wine for my wife to find when she walked in. It looked incredible, and I was so happy with how it turned out. Thank you, Tia, for all the effort. The other staff are lovely and polite too, and breakfast the next morning was beautiful. We’ll definitely be back. Five stars all day.

The king-size beds are the best I’ve had in hotels, so comfortable. My partner and I like to get away and stay in with a takeaway, and I love that these rooms have two chairs, so we can both eat or play a board game. The cleanliness is always impeccable, and with three lifts you never wait long. I’ve stayed at Leonardo hotels in several locations and the quality is consistent. There are dispensers of water with different fruit as soon as you come in, the desk staff are friendly and professional, and downstairs has a fresh, subtly floral smell. On our second stay here, we also got small vouchers for a free coffee each and a discount on food at the hotel. A nice touch.
