The staff were so polite and cheerful, always glad to see us and happy to go the extra mile. Breakfast was amazing, the service was great, and the location was brilliant too. We had the top-floor family room, which was clean and comfortable and had lovely views. This is the best B&B we've stayed in. Highly recommend. From David, Megan and Jackson.

We were very happy in the smuggler's cottage, and the friendly hosts made sure all our wishes were met. Shaldon is a lovely, quiet holiday resort, and we really enjoyed our stay. The village has a pharmacy, shops and several places to eat, with more choices over in Teignmouth. We had a great holiday, thank you very much.

Shaldon is a nice, quiet place, with pleasant walks through town, the Botanical Gardens and along the waterfront. There's a nice pub next door, though I couldn't hear it from my room. The room had character and plenty of space, and was very clean and well presented, with a good choice of drinks. The manager and team were lovely, and breakfast was excellent, with good options beyond the Full English I chose. It's pricier than some places, but still terrific value. I'd definitely return.

The owners were so friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was spotless and really comfortable, with everything we needed. A fabulous place to stay.

We spent three nights here for a short break, and the room suited the two of us perfectly. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. There’s a little fridge in the room, with fresh milk replenished each day. The pub next door had lovely food and a nice atmosphere.
