The Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

The porters kindly took our luggage when we left, as they could see my sister is disabled. That was a lovely end to a really good holiday, and the whole team deserves our thanks. We stayed for a week, and the hotel was a great base for seeing the local area, with plenty to do nearby. The rooms were lovely, the staff and service couldn't be faulted, and both breakfast and dinner were high quality. My hot stones treatment with Leah was just what I needed. She's a very gifted health masseuse.

The food was delicious, and everyone was prompt and friendly. Staff were helpful from the moment I arrived at the spa. This was my first visit here, though I've been to a number of spas, and I was really impressed. Viki is a talented, professional therapist. I felt completely relaxed during the treatment and afterwards, and she deserves plenty of credit for her work. Thanks for making today such a lovely experience. I'll definitely come back and recommend the spa to others. Thank you!

Louise and katlin were brilliant beauty therapists. They were professional, kind and caring, and helped us feel at ease throughout. My mother and I were welcomed by the spa reception staff when we arrived. They were friendly and helpful, and we'll be recommending the spa to family and friends. We definitely plan to return soon.

Jess made my first full body scrub a fantastic experience. She knew her stuff and made me feel completely comfortable, so I could relax throughout. Highly recommend Jess, A*. I booked the scrub and spa day through spa seekers. The reception staff were polite, friendly and informative, and the pool, sauna and steam room were clean, relaxing and nicely presented.
