We were sorry to have booked just one night, as we would happily have stayed longer. Our two dogs were welcome, and the ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful. The room was fresh and spotlessly clean, with a super-comfy bed and plenty of towels. It also had an iron, hair dryer and a well-stocked tea and coffee setup. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. We chose to eat in our room because dogs aren't allowed in the breakfast room, which I think is a good decision. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We'll definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was a 10 out of 10. We had a lovely sea view during our two-night stay, and the rooms were very comfortable, with everything we needed. Every room has a touch of luxury. We’ll definitely be back.

Room 31 was a small, compact double with a comfy bed, and we had a warm, friendly welcome when we arrived for our first stay. With the window open a little for fresh air, though, our door rattled for most of the night. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. We'd definitely stay again, but in a different room.

The sea was right outside and beautiful, and the hotel was close to pubs, restaurants and the town centre. Our room was lovely and clean, with a side view of the sea, a large comfortable bed, TV, toiletries, tea and coffee. We spent two nights here in early September. Breakfast was tasty, plentiful and freshly cooked. On the second morning, a lovely woman from the Midlands, like us, served us. We checked in using a key fob from the key safe on our door. I wasn't sure whether we'd been sent an email explaining that, but luckily a woman from reception came over and showed us where the key was and how to use the fob on the outside door at night. It was all sorted quickly and efficiently, though I wondered what would have happened if nobody had been around. I think there was a phone number we could call. We didn't interact much with the owners, and on our last morning we just dropped the key in a box. I would have liked to say goodbye and thank them. We did speak with Graham and I think his wife at breakfast on the first morning, and they both seemed friendly and helpful.

Gabriella was welcoming and really friendly, and breakfast was fabulous. We had a great time here, with amazing rooms and lovely views of Caldy island. We’ll definitely stay again.
