The grounds were lovely for a peaceful walk, and it was nice seeing guests enjoy the golf course. There were plenty of dogs about, so it seems very pet-friendly. We stayed at Hilton Puckrup Hall with our newborn and found the room clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was a trip highlight, and parking was easy. Staff made us feel welcome, too. It’s a calm place for couples or families who want time together and a chance to relax, rather than high-energy entertainment. We had a wonderful stay.

Dinner and breakfast were faultless, and we made good use of the gym, pool and spa. It was just what we needed for an overnight break. The staff were fantastic, especially Chin on reception, who made a real fuss of me for my birthday. Thanks, everyone, it was much appreciated 😊

We stayed one night for the firm's party. The hotel looked very smart with all the Christmas decorations, and we used the room and hot tub. Breakfast was very good. We did find an item under the bed, so the cleaning could have been better, but the hotel was very apologetic. The 25% Blue Light Card discount was a great bonus.

We won a complimentary room upgrade at their roulette, which was a lovely surprise. Zara at reception was such a lovely lady, too. Had a great stay last weekend and we'll definitely be back soon.

We've stayed at the Hilton pucker up twice now and loved it both times. The staff, location, rooms, food and drinks were all great, and there are plenty of activities on site. They're extremely dog friendly as well. We can't find fault and will definitely return.
